Here is a quote from one of Sister Mecham's letters. She leaves for Detroit on Monday!
"The MTC is truly a remarkable place. It amazes me how much
you feel the spirit here. It just makes
me realize even more why I'm here and why missionary work is so important. Oh I
love it! It seriously has been such a great experience and I know that I
wouldn't be able to grow this much this fast if I wasn't here. I thank the Lord
every day for allowing me the opportunity to serve a mission. There is no
greater feeling then teaching someone about the gospel. It really is a
church of happiness."
